Job Description:
This position is entry level with training provided by Natrium Products Baking Soda manufacturer that was established in 1988. We are a small & privately held company with 25 employees. Many of our employees have been with us for 20 plus years. We have a family environment where everyone knows everyone. We are looking to grow our family and are willing to train those who are willing to work. Operators should have problem solving skills interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. After completing training it is expected that the operator will be capable of performing the tasks required to make baking soda.*** During training the work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00AM 4:30PM. After completing training the schedule is 6:30 to 6:30 3 days week 1 (36 hours) 4 days week 2 (48 hours).
Must be able to rotate night shifts every 5 weeks day shift & night shift.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Reliable source of transportation to and from work each day.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Punctuality.
Willingness to learn to processes and procedures.
Principal duties & Responsibilities
- Read and understand the operating procedures.
- Follow instructions provided by shift supervisor.
- Follow safety rules.
- Packing bags
