Location: Exeter In person (with flexibility)

Term: Permanent full time 40 hours per week (for the right person we would consider part time however no less than 32 hours per week)

Salary: Up to 50k FTE depending on experience plus generous company benefits

Expires: At any time with the latest being 12pm Wednesday 14 May 2025.

About the Role:
Firstly internally we call the role a People Partner because we like to think of people as people rather than resources but we also recognise that using HR Business Partner in our ad will help us to reach the right people!

This isnt your ordinary HR role; we are looking for someone exceptional for someone who is passionate valuesled and thrives in an agile environment. We need someone whos not afraid to get stuck in is adaptable and not precious about role boundaries or hierarchy.

Youll need solid HR experience and be great at building relationships. We like people who are problemsolvers and bring positive energy. Our focus is not on governance and compliance its about fostering a culture of excellence continuous improvement and unleashing the full potential of our talented team members. If your comfort zone is in policy process and black and white frameworks this role isnt for you we are policy and processlite experienceled and ambiguity is our norm.
