WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE:
- Confirming the accuracy of bank information submitted by internal requestors and external vendors. Performing outbound calls to validate information directly with vendors.
- Ensuring financial master data is accurate complete and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve inconsistencies in financial records.
- Tracking and recording verified data escalating issues as needed and providing support across MDM functions as required.
- Identifying data quality issues and opportunities for process improvement through regular audits and trend analysis.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 13 years of experience in data verification banking accounts payable or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be comfortable making cold calls and spending extended periods on the phone.
- Excellent attention to detail analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
