Senior People Advisor
Any Ramboll UK office
This is a fixed-term role until the end of January 2026.
Your new role
As Senior People Advisor you will support employees and managers in your region on a broad scope of people processes. You will work primarily with either employee relations/case management or global HR processes but you will be able to provide back-up to your colleagues on each topic. As an experienced member of the team you are capable of taking independent responsibility for tasks within your own scope of responsibility.
More specifically your tasks and responsibilities encompass but are not limited to:
As a member of a global team you are expected to take active part in developing our processes and ways of working and ensuring we provide our services to the employees and managers with a One HR mindset. You will actively guide and mentor other members of the People Advisory team.
