* Handson experience with version control tools (e.g. Git) and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines
* Proven experience leading projects from design to deployment maintaining high technical standards within your team
* Deep expertise in at least one key area relevant to cloudbased platforms such as fintech distributed systems databases security or frontend development
* Familiarity with cloud services (AWS Azure GCP)
* Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language or framework (e.g. Java)
