Job Description
Position Description:
We offer an opportunity to work on projects for client in the financial industry.
This role may require communication and interaction with a wider international team.
In this position your contribution will be important in:
Work across the full stack building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth
Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment
Ensure application performance uptime and scale and maintain high standards for code quality and application design
Work with agile development methodologies adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities and participating in all aspects of agile software development including design implementation and deployment
Design and provide guidance on building endtoend systems optimized for speed and scale
Work primarily in Java and AWS (Lambda)
Engage with inspiring designers and frontend engineers and collaborate with leading backend engineers to create reliable APIs
Collaborate across multiple teams via Slack GitHub comments documents and frequent videoconferences
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Candidates should have 6 years of Java Fullstack Development hands on experience
Must have skills Java and AWS Lambda
Nice to have skills Angular (version 12 or later) CDK OpenShift Spring Boot
Other Tool/Technologies/Framework: APIs REST/JSON SOAP/XML Swagger OpenAPI Microservices architecture Kafka Redux OAuth will be nice to have.
Experience with Cloud services and DevOps concepts: OpenShift Docker Kubernetes Artifactory BitBucket Bamboo Ansible GitHub.
Comfortable working in an Agile/SCRUM setting ability to manage multiple priorities; ability to adapt to changing priorities
AWS Developer and AWS Architect Professional Certification is desired
Able to work until 1pm ET (7pm CET) most days with flexibility to work until 3pm ET (9pm CET)
