Job Description
Facility: Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center
Address: 12601 Garden Grove Boulevard Garden Grove CA 92843
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $60 per hour
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Work closely with patients to assess mental health needs provide counseling and support recovery through therapeutic interventions and discharge planning.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
- Support crisis intervention and deescalation.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate patient care.
- Facilitate referrals to community mental health resources.
