Job Description
garment business head leads and manages all aspects of a garment companys operations from strategy and planning to execution and performance. They are responsible for developing and implementing business plans managing the supply chain overseeing production and ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Develops and implements business plans strategies and goals for the garment company.
Supply Chain Management:
Manages sourcing vendor relationships and logistics to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of materials and finished goods.
Production Management:
Oversees the production process ensuring quality standards are met and production targets are achieved.
Profitability:
Monitors and manages costs pricing and profitability to achieve desired financial performance.
Team Leadership:
Leads and motivates a team of managers and employees fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Market Research and Analysis:
Tracks market trends competitive activities and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
Stakeholder Communication:
Maintains clear and effective communication with stakeholders including management customers and suppliers.
