Signal Tru Brand is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service addressing inquiries and providing support across various channels. Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support via phone email and live chat.
Resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in the management of customer feedback and help identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about product offerings and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
12 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
