Job Description:
As an Entry Level Account Manager you will be responsible for managing client accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and working closely with the team to meet client needs and expectations. You will support senior account managers in executing projects and managing client relationships while also developing your skills and taking on more responsibilities as you grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure that client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate with clients to provide updates resolve issues and discuss strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
Identify opportunities for account growth and assist in developing strategies to achieve client goals.
Support senior account managers with daily tasks and project execution.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a teamoriented environment.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Previous experience in account management or customer service is a plus but not required.
