You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs HR Manager you will play a key role in defining and implementing the HR strategy in France and across a European scope. You will manage a small HR team and work closely with international HR teams.
Your main responsibilities:
Lead the local HR strategy in alignment with business and regulatory objectives.
As a true Business Partner you will act as a liaison with management and leaders to support them on managerial issues strategy performance management change management and employee engagement.
Supervise operational HR activities: payroll labor relations people management.
Structure and lead employee journeys.
Work in close coordination with the international HR team to harmonize processes and develop innovative HR practices.
Qualifications :
You hold a higher education degree (Business School Masters in HR or Labor Law) and have significant experience ( 7/8 years) in similar roles including several years as an HR Manager with a team management responsibility.
You must have proven experience in an international digital or tech company with a strong commercial culture. Your previous roles have required you to interact with sales teams with a deep understanding of performance issues variable compensation and management approach.
You are fluent in English and are known for your initiative and ability to implement processes.
