This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis IN for a Maintenance Supervisor.

Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor position is responsible for directing the Service Maintenance skilled trades group consisting of electricians machine repairmen pipefitters and millwrights. Focus is on maintaining machinery in production and assembly areas with emphasis on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Lean Manufacturing Techniques efficiency and waste reduction support of capital and engineering projects within their area.
The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates preventive predictive and scheduled maintenance programs to effectively reduce emergency maintenance downtime and drive proactive results. They have responsibility for the effective use of personnel material and equipment in supporting Safety Productivity Quality Responsiveness and Cost (SPQRC) initiatives. They provide focus on identifying implementing and communicating productivity improvements throughout the organization.
