Role Overview
In this role youll use visual tools to set up and manage marketing operations like contact forms followup sequences calendar automation and CRM tagging. Your work ensures leads are captured reminded and routed properlyall without manual effort from the business. This is not a content design or sales position. Its about building behindthescenes systems that drive results.
Everything you need to succeedtemplates tools and trainingis included. Youll follow a simple repeatable system designed for firsttime users.
Responsibilities
Build and amp; Maintain Marketing Systems
Set up lead forms booking links and confirmation pages
Link followup automations via email and SMS platforms
Use tagging logic to organize leads by behavior and status
CRM Flow Organization
Apply tags based on user actions (e.g. opened booked didnt book)
Route contacts into followup campaigns automatically
Keep lead pipelines clean segmented and easy to manage
Workflow Testing and amp; Troubleshooting
Simulate the full customer journey from optin to confirmation
Adjust timing tags or logic as needed to fix flow errors
Clone and customize working systems for additional campaigns
Daily Tasks Might Include
Logging into your training dashboard and completing a setup module
Connecting a lead form to a calendar system and message flow
Testing a lead journey through all automation steps
Reviewing contact tags to confirm accuracy
Preparing the same system for another business type or audience
