What Youll Be Doing

  1. Charting the Course Design and execute bold datadriven marketing strategies that align with Jaybirds mission and occupancy goals.
  2. Building the Brand Lead storytelling campaign development and brand management to create a consistent compelling voice across all communities.
  3. Fueling Lead Gen Create and optimize digital and traditional marketing effortsSEO PPC direct mail eventsto drive inquiries and moveins.
  4. Empowering the Flock Partner with sales teams and community leaders to strengthen marketing integration and improve conversion rates.
  5. Telling the Story Capture and amplify the resident and community experience through powerful content and PR opportunities.
  6. Measuring What Matters Use analytics KPIs and market research to guide decisions and continuously improve ROI.
