Job Description
PartTime Appointment Clerk Frozen Foods Express is looking for an Appointment Clerk for our Lithonia GA location.
SHIFT: Monday thru Friday
Responsibilities:
Answering calls directing calls and taking messages
Data entry document scanning and filling mail sorting and distribution
Responsible for daily handon customer related situations account development and customer satisfaction
Accurately and timely input all load information into the operating system
Assist in collecting and maintain current customer information in the operating system
Communicating with customers employees and other individuals to answer questions and concerns or provide updates Provide general clerical duties to support Service Center operations as needed
Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong organization skills
Must be have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
General knowledge of office equipment including phone fax scanner and copier
Knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook Word and Excel
Must be able to work flexible hours
Abide by and enforce the policies and procedures of FFE
Timely and efficient completion of tasks and responsibilities
Promote teamwork and cooperative effort
