Mission of the Position
We are seeking a detailoriented and reliable Research Associate for the Analytical Teamwith a focus on s Xray fluorescence Spectrometry. Additionally this individual will support sample preparation workflows for ICPOES and HPLC. In this fulltime labbased role you will assist in preparing solid and liquid samples for elemental analysis using XRF & ICPOES maintain lab instruments and support workflows by preparing reagents and samples. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about analytical chemistry and laboratory processes.
Key Criteria/Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters. in biochemistry chemistry or related field.
- 02 years of laboratory experience or an equivalent combination of education and
- experience
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Strong Attention to detail & problemsolving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in team environment
- Adaptable and able to work in a fastpaced environment
Responsibilities & Measurable Accountabilities
- Perform a variety of laboratory experiments following SOPs and assist with SOPoptimization
- Operate maintain and clean laboratory instruments and glassware according toSOP.
- Prepare reagents and media.
- Comply with all safety standards.
- Maintain a lab notebook; Record and manage data.
