Were looking for an exceptional Head of Air Freight to join our senior leadership team in Sweden. If youre commercially savvy strategically sharp and passionate about building and leading marketwinning products we want to hear from you.
This is a unique opportunity to drive a robust air freight product vision and roadmap for a highperforming ambitious business while shaping the next chapter of your own career nationally and potentially internationally across our global network.
Your Impact:
Create and implement a winning procurement strategy that strengthens and expands our Air Freight product offering across Sweden.
Lead supplier negotiations and manage key carrier relationships to secure the best outcomes for APC.
Drive profitable growth by aligning procurement and sales strategies building strong customer relationships and securing key accounts.
Oversee supplier performance with a continuous improvement mindset.
Champion Air Freight best practices and standards across the Swedish organization.
Work closely with our Trade Lane Managers and Sales teams to deliver exceptional service customer development and retention.
Your Background:
Extensive experience in air freight with a strong commercial and product/pricing focus.
A proven track record negotiating with carriers and maintaining influential industry relationships.
Fluent in Swedish with strong English communication skills both written and spoken.
A natural presenter and communicator who can inspire and align teams with your vision.
A strategic thinker and strong negotiator with a clear focus on delivering results.
A proactive motivated individual who enjoys leading change and driving innovation.
