Sales Controller Used Car Superstore

Lead a HighPerforming Team at a Major Independent Dealership

Theyre now looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Controller to lead their dynamic sales team to even greater success.

This role is ideal for a highperforming Business Manager or Transaction Manager whos ready to step up and thrive in a more senior resultsdriven position.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Leading managing and motivating the sales team to consistently deliver exceptional results
  • Driving daily operations including deal files customer handovers and sales funnel management
  • Maintaining showroom standards vehicle presentation and overall customer experience
  • Maximising every sales opportunity and ensuring the team exceeds performance and manufacturer targets
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and enhance the customer journey
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement accountability and customer focus

What Were Looking For

  • A proven background in automotive sales with a strong performance track record
  • Experience in leading or supervising a team with the ability to inspire and influence
  • Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills
  • Commercially minded targetdriven and techsavvy
  • Adaptable proactive and passionate about the car industry

Working Pattern

  • 4 to 5 long days per week covering both weekdays and weekends (rotabased)

Pay and Benefits

  • 42000 basic salary
  • Realistic OTE with an achievable uncapped bonus structure
