Job Description
Your mission
- Contract Management: You keep an eye on expiring contracts and pending extensions and take into account the various requests of our customers and customer specific setups
- Customer Relationship:You build up relationships with customers and help them to get the most out of our products and services by consulting them via phone or mail
- Renewal Campaigns: Together with other teams we set up campaigns for existing contracts inform our customers about product changes and work on upselling opportunities
- CRM Administration: You keep our CRM in shape drive its further development and ensure that our customer campaigns and interactions are well documented
- Offers & billing: You support the sales team in preparing offers responding to tenders and billing support services and subscription contracts
- Internal Collaboration: Together with our Sales Team Operations Team and Account Management Team you focus on improving processes communication and our customers experience.

Your profile
- You are diligent
- You enjoy digging yourself into topics and working with contracts
- You work precisely and reliably
- You speak and write fluently and accurately German and English other languages are not required but a big plus
- You enjoy working with customers and colleagues to find the best solutions
- You like communicating with different people & stakeholders and their various personalities and interests
- You take joy in facing new and unknown situations making the best of it and learning from them
- You dont get rattled by a little chaos have a handson mentality and keep a cool head when the house is on fire
- You dont have to be a technology nerd but a general interest would be great
- Ideally (not a must) you already have some experience in a sales or an office role
