Job Description

IT Support Administrator I

Duration: 2 months (potential to extend or convert)

Pay Rate: $42.14/hourly

Location: Garden Grove CA 92843

Job Summary

Central information technology organization providing the network infrastructure hardware software and enterprise services for offices to run their business. Provides network and database administration device management and administers processes services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organizations internal and external clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Checking/monitoring CPU and memory usage for all the VMs and host machines.
  • Checking/monitoring the servers replication.
  • Checking/monitoring the Central Log Alerts mailbox.
  • Resetting and unlocking login account password for users.
  • Fixing systems crashed and applicationrelated issues for users.
  • Fixing connection login and slowness issues.
  • Supporting IS Tech Support group for CPS serverrelated issues.
  • Setting new Windows 11 for users.
  • Working on highpriority projects.

Skills/Experience

Primary:

  • Onprem Active Directory Azure AD (hybrid)
  • AD Group Policy AD Replication AD Site & Services DNS.
  • Microsoft 365 suite MS Teams SharePoint.
  • Windows File Share.
  • Windows Update Server (SUS)
  • Windows 10/11/2019/2022 (install troubleshoot support fix issues).
  • Phone systems knowledge Zoom Five9 MS Teams.
  • Hardware troubleshooting/repair (PC laptop printers).
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience; Windows Desktop Support desirable.
  • High School Diploma required; AA degree preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Team player.
  • Willing to work nights and weekends.
  • Motivated to learn new technology skills and contribute to project completion.
  • Always share an open mind to listen and propose solutions to problems.
  • Great customer service to ensure all user problems are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
