What You Will Do:
- Works as part of the marketing team to execute the visual design of print and digital marketing collateral including event flyers email campaigns mailers brochures banner ads graphics and other materials.
- Manages assigned marketing requests from managed communities and completes in a timely manner being sure to communicate any changes in timeline or expectations.
- Builds graphic design concepts including but not limited to storyboards and experience flows etc. to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Conceptualizes designs and produces logos and brand standards for communities programs service lines and websites.
- Designs and procures promotional products and collateral materials for corporate and community brands.
- Participates in or leads strategic planning meetings with key departments and stakeholders to drive company reach and engagement.
- Assists in production of materials for communitysponsored conferences and events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Why You Are Qualified:
- Bachelors degree in graphic design.
- Portfolio that demonstrates a blend of creativity within graphic design.
- 2 years of professional graphic design experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) software.
- Knowledge of corporate branding and visual guides.
- Familiarity with the senior living industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
