Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Branch General Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • This role will provide branch leadership including General Management and Operations Leadership
  • The PMs will report to this RTH in lieu of backfilling the Ops Leader
  • This role will have branch P&L responsibility and drive Pavion initiatives
  • This individual will support all aspects of branch functions throughout the State of Oregon including representation in the market on behalf of Pavion

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10 years of security industry experience
  • Ability to attract and retain top talent
  • Track record of growth and business performance
  • Valid Drivers License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading sellers and leaders of sellers
  • Proven history of sales success identifying and developing (hunting) new business opportunities as well as finding and retaining key sales talent.
  • Business acumen to stay ahead of revenue needs and ensure sales meets or exceeds commitments to deliver profitability results.
  • Experience building network of business relationships to create sales opportunities
  • Excellent problemsolving and meeting facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change handle multiple projects in a fastpaced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work at a computer/keyboard
  • Sit or stand for extended periods of time
