RIGHT ACCORD Home Care is looking for enthusiastic ambitious Field Sales Representatives who are ready to bring their sales skills to a new industry. With our supportive training and growthfocused environment you dont need prior experience in home health just a passion for building relationships and achieving results.
As the Field Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating business meeting targets from your territory in Manatee and Sarasota County FL and interacting in the community to promote company services. Your primary referral sources will include hospitals physicians senior retirement and longterm care communities social workers healthcare decision makers and the community at large to provide them with ongoing education regarding our services.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build & Foster Relationships: Educate healthcare professionals community organizations and potential customers on Right Accord Healths services and develop trusted connections with referral sources.
- Community Engagement: Host presentations attend events and meet with the community to raise awareness and highlight the value of our home health care.
- Strategic Sales: Drive business growth by identifying new accounts nurturing current relationships and executing effective sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work alongside our leadership team to ensure our services meet the needs of those we serve and continue to elevate our brand.
What Were Looking For:
- Sales Experience: 12 years in sales is preferred but we welcome motivated individuals who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Communication Skills: Youre an excellent communicator who loves connecting with people and building lasting relationships.
- Drive & Ambition: Youre goaloriented selfmotivated and ready to take control of your success.
- A Heart for Healthcare: While industry experience isnt required an interest in making a difference in healthcare will help you thrive.
