Your purpose
Responsiblefor planning and delivering member events guided by the overall brand andmarketing strategy and Home House brand pillars
Delivera dynamic calendar of member events to enhance member engagement and retentionand support member acquisition covering arts and culture wellness diningand luxury lifestyle.
Overseethe endtoend production and execution of all events from the concept throughto the delivery with a focus on the member experience.
Responsiblefor creating the event listings on the member portal
Composecompelling copy for each event to drive maximum ticket sales and sign ups andsource or select appropriate imagery
Ensureeach event is organised planned and listed on the member portal four to six weeksin advance to advertise to members.
Workclosely with the Marketing Team to drive awareness of members events planthe promotion of events and create content around member events.
Workclosely with Events Operations and the wider operational team to ensure thatspaces are booked and functions sheets are produced ahead of all events.
Collaboratewith all Heads of Departments and relevant team members to ensure each event isset up and managed effectively.
Manageour flagship member parties from agency / supplier sourcing and management tobudget management and onsite delivery.
Managethe booking of technical and production requirements and oversee all relevantpurchase orders and invoicing
Reporton the delivery of budget conversion and the success stories of the agreedcalendar of members events.
Workingwith marketing source and organise appropriate event and brand partnershipsthat align with the Home House brand vision.
Considerand propose appropriate opportunities to engage new audiences through theevents programme.
Developprofessional relationships with members potential members and externalsuppliers acting as an ambassador of Home House at all times.
Monitorthe performance of each event leveraging data and member feedback to informand refine the member experience.
Handleall queries and complaints tactfully reporting any feedback to the MembershipManager.
Adhereto deadlines to ensure business goals are met.

Someone who brings creative vision and operational attention to the full event lifecycle through concept and curation to seamless delivery.
A strong communicator and natural relationship builder equally at ease with members stakeholders and external partners.
You thrive in a collaborative environment working closely with Marketing and Operations to deliver standout events whilst confidently managing suppliers production teams and budgets.
Driven by deadlines and focused on delivering outcomes that support membership engagement retention and acquisition goals.
