The Undersea Technology Analysis Portfolio (UTAP) within the Sea Land & Air Division in SPA conducts rigorous and objective analyses to enable the Navy and other DoD organizations to make decisions plans and strategies to deliver emerging undersea technologies and warfighting capabilities. We support clients across the undersea and naval special warfare enterprises including those within resourcing and requirements (OPNAV N97) acquisition (program offices for undersea technologies expeditionary missions and naval special warfare) and science and technology (Office of Naval Research DARPA) Our enduring capabilities include:

• Identifying capability gaps developing requirements and generating solutions
• Assessing the operational utility and technical feasibility of new technologies
• Execution of acquisition and technology development programs including developing plans and roadmaps to mature deliver and sustain new technologies
• Analysis of vulnerabilities and threats to undersea platforms and systems
• Quantitative analysis and modeling of undersea forces and their missions

SPA is assembling a team to support Naval Expeditionary Programs (PMS 408) within Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEOUSC).

Your role will be to integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational acquisition and wholesale environments. This Logistician will be responsible for directing the integrated logistics process developing support policies procedures and systems and providing implementation guidance. The Logistician prepares and implements directives to ensure effective logistics support and establishes and enforces standards to ensure that the assigned work force is properly trained and equipped. It is the Logisticians duty to develop initiate integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems subsystems and equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work onsite in Alexandria VA up to full time depending upon client needs
• Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree
• 1 or more years of qualifying experience
• Secret Security Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• 3 years professional experience in integrated logistics support
