Job Description
Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Triangle apartment community in Omaha NE. This is a Conventional property with 140 units. This position will pay up to $20.00 an hour determined by experience certifications skills and education.

What You Will Do
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major minor and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the communitys residents.
Skills and Requirements
- Maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of appliance repair light carpentry plumbing and electrical
- Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
- Be available for oncall maintenance schedule
