Job Description
About Client:
- Climatecontrolled facility
- Produces products for wellknown clients including:
- Costco
- CVS
- Abbott Laboratories
- Walgreens
- Walmart

Open Shifts:
- 1st Shift (1 opening): Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift (2 openings): Monday Thursday 4:00 PM 2:30 AM
- Weekend Night Shift PM (2 openings): Sunday Friday Saturday 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
- Shift Premiums:
- 75 cents for 2nd Shift
- $3 for Weekend Shift

Your Role:
- Perform both reactive and predictive maintenance with an emphasis on electrical components photo eyes sensors and safety relays
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systemsincluding equipment with relays and PLCs
- Work with gravity and pressurefed piston fillers
- Diagnose and communicate issues involving chillers boilers and other facility systems
- Identify root causes of equipment issues and implement effective solutions
- Install inspect and repair pumps compressors valves meters instrumentation and piping
- Interpret and work from mechanical drawings
- Repair and maintain conveyors manufacturing tanks flowmeters load cells and other fluid transfer systems
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Prefer 35 years experience maintaining automated filling/packaging machinery in pharma cosmetics or food manufacturing
- Experience with 3phase power 480V systems and packaging equipment (e.g. labelers rotary/inline fillers cappers jet printers cartoners bundlers sleevers heat tunnels case sealers)
- Background in engine room equipment pump systems or small engine repair is a plus
- PLC knowledge is preferred
