We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join the team as Sustainability Performance Analyst. Reporting into the Head of ESG & Sustainability (and joining a small nonhierarchical team that is supportive knowledgeable and incredibly passionate about making a difference!) you will play an integral role in assisting the team to implement the banks ESG and Sustainability Business Plan.
A key focus of the role is the management governance modelling and coordinating the assurance of ESG data so you will be required to research analyse compile benchmark derive insights and present sustainabilityrelated data and information.
Importantly you are a selfstarter who is comfortable and familiar with data and data governance that picks up new ways of working and thinking quickly.
Key responsibilities:
This is a permanent position and we are open to full time or parttime (0.8 or 0.7 FTE) for the right person. Perfect if you are studying in the field. Sydney Melbourne or Bendigo are the preferred locations
We prioritise our people with a hybrid model that currently includes a minimum of 40% per week in a Head Office/Regional Office increasing to 60% as of July 2025.
