Cash Application Specialist
JBS is looking for a Cash Application Specialist to join our Shared Services team onsite at our Corporate office in Greeley CO. This person will help facilitate the implementation of new upcoming projects. We are looking for a longterm team member to grow within the company and help us fulfill our mission of being the best in all that we do.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily application of various deposit batches
- Research into remittances that do not relieve balances as a whole as pertains to lineitem invoices
- Maintain various backup documents
- Create deduction data on customer accounts
- Input adjustments created by Collections
- Researching open items from previous payments made
- Look into open deduction amounts to confirm if there are available funds or credit open to offset them
- Collaborate with Shared Services departments
- Create and maintain weekly progress reports to update the department
- Attend weekly meetings to address concerns updates and resolutions
- Use third party systems SAP and S4 for cross cash applications
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12 years Customer Service and/or similar background
- Must be selfmotivated
- Must maintain high level of accuracy
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers
- Must be able to multitask various tasks
- Must be able to work under strict deadlines with success
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision Medical and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave vacation and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $19$20/hr; and

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado JBS and Pilgrims is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to a candidates relevant experience qualifications skills competencies and proficiencies for the role.
