As a Brand & Customer Manager you will be responsible for leading the therapeutic area and are engaging all internal and external stakeholders with passion and vision. You will also play a key role in inspiring your coworkers in order to propose the best possible solutions and achieve best possible results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collect customer insights and run market analysis for a clear understanding of the market landscape customers and competitors
- Create/develop and monitor execution of Strategy and Tactical plans with appropriate KPIs
- Lead cross functional teams in respective therapeutic areas
- Forecasting accurately
- Monitor sales performance and track expenses according to Promo budget
- Deliver brand communication assets and key solutions towards all critical customers and stakeholders exploiting all critical F2F and digital channels
- Support access to our products in the market by developing solutions to our company in close collaboration with Market Access Trade Channel KAMs or any other relevant teams
Education & Experience / Skills:
- University masters degree (Medical Pharmacy)
- English business basic and Ukrainian language proficient
- Entrepreneurial and Growth mindset
- Strong business and financial understanding
