As a Brand & Customer Manager you will be responsible for leading the therapeutic area and are engaging all internal and external stakeholders with passion and vision. You will also play a key role in inspiring your coworkers in order to propose the best possible solutions and achieve best possible results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collect customer insights and run market analysis for a clear understanding of the market landscape customers and competitors
  • Create/develop and monitor execution of Strategy and Tactical plans with appropriate KPIs
  • Lead cross functional teams in respective therapeutic areas
  • Forecasting accurately
  • Monitor sales performance and track expenses according to Promo budget
  • Deliver brand communication assets and key solutions towards all critical customers and stakeholders exploiting all critical F2F and digital channels
  • Support access to our products in the market by developing solutions to our company in close collaboration with Market Access Trade Channel KAMs or any other relevant teams

Education & Experience / Skills:

  • University masters degree (Medical Pharmacy)
  • English business basic and Ukrainian language proficient
  • Entrepreneurial and Growth mindset
  • Strong business and financial understanding
