Clean Harbors is looking for aVP of Industrial Services Sales Canadato join their safety conscious team! The VP will beresponsible for supporting sales efforts bringing best practices and strategic decision making to sales personnel across the Industrial Services business in Canada; drive growth in all aspects of the Industrial Services business. The individual will work across Industrial Services Canada business to develop sales strategies and programs that support current customers as well as grow new revenue opportunities. This role is a key member of the Industrial Services Sales Leadership team and has a strong working relationship with Clean Harbors Corporate Sales organization.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Leads and develops a team of Sales experts for all of the Industrial Services in Canada.
  • Promote revenue and margin growth in Industrial Services across Industrial ServicesCanada; set and lead strategic direction of the Sales organization and implement new strategic initiatives as well as corporate programs.
  • Understand market competitiveness of Industrial Services LOB and define improvement initiatives (e.g. service pricing etc).
  • Expand customer base (develop new customers) across identified Sales area.
  • Lead Canada IS Sales organization (in conjunction with SVP of Operations) through development of organizational and individual sales targets new account strategies budgeting efforts and territory and account management for salespeople.
  • Develop and maintain weekly monthly and quarterly reporting for individual salesperson performance as well as overall Canda IS Sales organization performance.
  • Participate in strategic sales meetings with key customer decision makers at customers in Canada IS business on a regular basis.
  • Upholding and rolemodeling corporate values; work closely with corporate and regional areas to establish successful support channel and partner programs.
  • Develop talent; identify recruit and retain talent in direct report roles; manage performance of and coach direct reports; monitor performance of and coach Sales team; lead weekly performance management meetings with direct reports reviewing Salesforce system and tools.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Science Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 10 years sales leadership experience in an industrial services business.
  • Ability to use sophisticated numerical analyses to drive decision making.
  • Industry and company knowledge selling and negotiation relationship building.
  • Communication leadership responsive to employees needs.
  • Coach direct reports to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% across Canada.
