Overview

Colorado Commercial Services a Denver based medical cleaning company is seeking ambitious selfmotivated A player to fill an essential position in our organization as an Payroll and Operations Admin. This position provides daytoday financial and accounting support to Accountant. This position requires attention to detail critical thinking problem solving and multitasking. This position also provides purchasing administration and clerical support.

We are hiring a highly organized individual who will excel as an Payroll and Operations Admin at CCS. It is part of our company culture to provide an Exceptional Experience for Everyone (E3). Job Skills / Requirements

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Payroll Admin duties:
  • Verify attendance hours worked and pay adjustments and post information onto designated records
  • Prepare and balance periodend reports
  • Keep track of leave time such as vacation personal and sick leave for employees
  • Compile employee time production and payroll data from time sheets and other records
  • Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters tax issues and benefit plans
  • Compile statistical reports statements and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts and submit them to appropriate departments
  • Other duties as assigned
Operations Admin duties:
  • Review files records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
  • Compile process and prepare documents forms and reports in accordance with company procedures
  • Create maintain and enter information into databases
  • Process verify and maintain personnel related documentation including staffing training and performance evaluations
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required

  • Must have proficient computer skills including use of financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel/Word)
  • Must be able to work independently and efficiently
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must have superior time management skills
  • Must be a dynamic problem solver who is able to multitask and think critically

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year successful experience in Payroll processing
  • Minimum 1 year successful experience in Administration

Salary compensation range $60000$62000 depending on experience
