About the role

Were looking for a passionate and strategic Head of Marketing to join the Growth team at Wisr. In this pivotal role youll drive our brand growth strategy and shape a compelling customer proposition that stands out in a competitive market. Reporting directly to our Chief Growth Officer and as a senior leadership team member youll lead a talented team across all marketing disciplines from brand strategy and customer acquisition to lifecycle marketing and media communications.

The role offers ownership of Wisrs Marketing function empowering you to make strategic decisions and implement innovative initiatives that directly influence our growth trajectory. Working crossfunctionally with our Operations and Product & Innovation teams youll use databacked insights to build our brand presence while delivering against our broader business objectives.

This is more than just a marketing leadership position its an opportunity to meaningfully shape the future of Wisr during an exciting growth phase in our journey.

What youll do
Transform our bigpicture goals into marketing strategies that deliver measurable results across customer acquisition retention and brand awareness
Champion a culture of customer obsession ensuring every campaign and touchpoint is designed with a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors
Build analytics frameworks with clear attribution models to measure marketing impact optimise ROI and inform creative and strategic decisions
Drive experimentation at scaletesting channels content and positioning to optimise customer acquisition costs while driving customer lifetime value
Deliver marketing innovation through AI automation and personalisation while effectively managing budget and resources
Launch and scale new products with distinct gotomarket strategies across direct and partner channels
Oversee communications with media investors and key partners to enhance Wisrs market position and brand reputation
Lead your team in executing highimpact campaigns while cultivating a culture of excellence mentoring team members to achieve their full potential

About you

Youre a creative yet analyticallyminded marketing leader who thrives in fastpaced environments where change is constant. You challenge conventional thinking and push creative boundaries while ensuring your approach remains grounded in solid data.

With strong strategic vision and execution skills youre equally comfortable setting direction and collaborating handson with your team to bring marketing initiatives to life.

Youll also have:
Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or related field
Experience leading Brand Marketing Customer Experience and Public Relationsideally within financial services
A growth mindset with exceptional communication and storytelling skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated success scaling marketing from campaigns to a companywide growth engine that drives acquisition retention and profitability
Track record of successful product marketing launches across both B2C and B2B channels
Advanced strategic thinking to anticipate industry trends and drive innovation
Experience managing marketing budgets with a focus on performance metrics
Insight and datadriven approach to decision making and strategic planning
Experience leading and developing highperforming marketing teams
