Your Role
Our commitment to quality and innovation has made us a trusted name in the industry. We are seeking a highly skilled National Reliability Engineer to join our team in this newly created and pivotal role within the business. Youll be responsible for driving supporting and facilitating maintenance activities that lead to greater efficiency and effectiveness of production assets across our Australian plants. With a focus on improving the reliability of our sectional door lines developing and maintaining a regimented maintenance schedule and performing system administration for our preventative maintenance software Mex this is career defining opportunity for someone from a mechanical trade fitter or turner background or a qualified engineer.

This position can be based at our Revesby Clontarf or Kilsyth sites.

Skills & Experience
- Industrial Engineer or relevant trade experience
- Ability to lead motivate influence persuade and develop people
- Strong listening communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of improving Preventative Maintenance Programs
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Familiarity with Mex or similar preventative maintenance software is highly desirable.
