Roles and responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends insights and areas for improvement in current processes.
Prepare and present periodic reports to evaluate operational effectiveness of the Business Operation teams.
Monitor project progress and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure alignment with business goals.
Job requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Business Operations sector or similar industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL and tools required to manage data structures.
