Job Description:
3 to 5 years of Sales experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Work experience in Real Estate Consultancy/Franchise or with Real estate portals Builder / Home Loans would be preferred.
Candidates having experience in handling outstation & NRI Clients / Channel Partners will be preferred and shall be considered for suitable position.
Generating inquiries through various marketing activities like cold calls own database calling and tools like website social media.
Establishing maintaining and expanding the customer base.
Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers sellers & leasers.
Coordinating for appointments with clients for showing the property.
Preparing and managing documentation and internal databases to ensure upto date property and client information is on record.
Handling events programs and activities.
Managing and updating the CRM and lead status.
Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
