Location: Work from Home (anywhere in Portugal)
Employment Type: Fixedterm contract (6 months) potential for extension

Languages: French (C2) & English (B2)
Compensation: 1000/month x14 bonuses benefits
Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone email and live chat with professionalism and empathy
Troubleshoot issues and provide fast effective solutions
Collaborate with your team to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Native/Fluent in French (C2) and good English (B2)
Residing anywhere in Portugal with valid EU work rights
All necessary equipment provided

Up to 120 monthly performance bonus

Rotational shifts MonSun (08:0019:00) 5 days/week with 2 days off
