Location: Helsinki Finland (Remote/hybrid possible)
Program Type: Structured partner program freelancebased with full support
Language Requirement: Fluent Finnish and English
Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to grow your expertise in a supportive and international environment Target Vision Oy invites you to join our Recruitment Partner Program a unique opportunity to operate as an independent recruitment and client acquisition specialist under a proven model.
This is not a traditional job offer its a program designed to give you training tools and a working model to succeed as a freelance recruitment professional with full flexibility and guidance.
What is the Recruitment Partner Program
This program gives you the chance to:
Learn our proven recruitment and client acquisition model
Access structured onboarding and CRM tools
Operate independently under the Target Vision brand
Earn commissionbased income per successful case
Grow toward leadership or coordinator roles based on your results
Whats included in the program
2.5hour online onboarding training (Teams) in a small group setting
Access to CRM templates pitch materials and support documentation
Ongoing mentoring and peer support from our expert network
A stepbystep guide to start confidently in real projects
Please note: The program includes a small onetime setup and materials fee which we will explain in detail after your application.
Who is this for
You are motivated independent and interested in recruitment and business
You are comfortable working as a freelancer (e.g. via Eezy or similar)
You are fluent in Finnish and English (spoken and written)
You are ready to learn and grow through structured support
Prior recruitment or sales experience is a plus but not required
How you earn
You are paid based on commission per successful recruitment or staffing assignment
No monthly fees you earn for what you deliver
The more active you are the more opportunities you generate
Tools and systems help you track and manage your pipeline professionally
