Job Description
- Manage endtoend import and export operations including documentation and compliance.
- Prepare and process invoices packing lists bills of lading letters of credit and other shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders shipping lines and customs agents for smooth cargo movement.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws customs regulations and exportimport policies.
- Handle foreign exchange transactions banking procedures and LC (Letter of Credit) documentation.
- Maintain and update records of shipments contracts and client communications.
- Liaise with suppliers vendors and clients to ensure timely order .
- Monitor logistics shipping costs and negotiate freight rates for costeffective operations.
- Assist in market research for new business opportunities and international client outreach.
- Stay updated on global trade trends currency fluctuations and government trade policies.
