This role is tasked with the responsibility of driving business growth developing client relationships and promoting the company s asset management products and services within the Abuja region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities engaging highnet worth individuals (HNWIs) mass market and building longterm partnerships with institutional and retail clients.
Key Duties
1. Develop and implement strategies to acquire retain and grow the mass market client base.
2. Drive sales of asset management products including mutual funds investment plans and savings products.
3. Identify and engage potential mass market clients through direct marketing events and partnerships.
4. Conduct research to understand mass market needs preferences and emerging trends.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor products and campaigns for this segment.
6. Establishing a network of referrals
7. Ensuring that Company policy and guidelines are strictly adhered to.
8. Providing feedback to assist in strategic decision making.
9. Ensuring implementation of marketing strategies within States and Regions
10. Responding to all subscription enquiries and requests on all electronic platforms
11. Producing Weekly Marketing and Sales reports including Performance review reports.
12. Preparing Call Memos.
13. Providing feedback from marketing Presentations
14. Provide continuous marketing feedback on prospects and further steps to take
15. Provide continuous feedback on client requests/complaints
16. Providing timely information to the Middle and Back offices to ensure clients requests are treated timely and efficiently
17. Organize quarterly investors forum
18. Providing clients with uptodate information on their investments.
19. Attending to clients enquiries issues and complaints.
20. Carryout any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
