About The Role
Were looking for a driven Senior BDM to join our high-performing SaaS sales team. Youll be selling into one of the market segments where the Martian Logic HRIS is seen as the #1 and where its not hard to find great companies who would vouch for the platform.

Have a seat at the product roadmap table
Contribute to the continuous improvements and innovation of sales teams playbook and growth strategy
Earn above-market OTE with uncapped commissions and share options
About The Person
Having 10 years of B2B Sales experience
Having a Minimum of 5 years in Software / SaaS sales
Being proactive self-starting mindset and a drive to own your pipeline
Having a proven records that enjoys and thrives at cold calling and hunting
Having a proven success at managing at team at industry conferences
Having Excellent presentation skills
Having a proven skills of chairing sales meetings with multiple stakeholders from both sides
Being someone who enjoys travelling and meeting in person with prospects
Proven records to exceptional confidence to build relationships challenge prospects and close deals
having a growth mindset and the hunger to elevate your career
Youre someone who wants a seat at the table thrives on challenge and is ready to bring energy focus and creativity to a scale-up environment.
Why Join Us
Base Salary: $140k$160k Super (based on experience)
OTE: $250k$350k (base uncapped commission)
Share Options: Could be available after 6 months
Annual Salary Review: Base and OTE reviewed annually
