Job Description
Ability to handle Ambiguity: Primarily contributes to large features that live within a single product concern and often have ambiguous user flows or edge cases.
Area of Ownership & Influence: Primarily focused on efforts within a single development team with occasional review and contributions to work defined by other teams. Regularly provides feedback to other engineers (Sr or mid) and offers mentorship to junior engineers members
Communication: Facilitate effective intrateam communication by keeping discussions focused and conclusive. Translate technical details for nontechnical audiences and ensure clear concise written communication to document information for other team members.
Technical Complexity: Ability to manage the tech risk and roadblocks related to the scope of work allotted by senior team members (e.g. Staff Software Engineer or Principal Software Engineer).
Impact: Ability to prioritize and drive the team to meet the sprint/quarterly goals
Process Improvement: Has an eye for details and thinks through the current system to be able to provide inputs to improvise on the current solution.
Culture: Demonstrates and promotes the companys and engineering organizations operating principles within the team. Structures feedback to team members around operating principles.
Self Sufficiency: Able to operate autonomously on daytoday tasks. Often collaborates with managers and other senior engineers on multi sprint or multiteam efforts.
Requirements
MUST HAVEs:
Source Control & Repository Management Tools: Git Github and Github action
Container Management: Any of Kubernetes Docker
Exposure to Cloud Platforms like AWS Azure GCP
Cloud Platform Management: terraform bash
Primary Languages: C# JavaScript
Frontend Technologies: Javascript React
Framework: hands on
NoSQL Database: Exposure of any nosql db like MongoDB Cosmos DB etc.
Messaging Service: Have used any messaging service earlier
Platform Monitoring System: Data dog or others
NICE TO HAVE:
Secondary Languages: Python Java
Secondary Frameworks: Node
Reporting Stores: Snowflake or others
Data Pipelines: dbt AWS pipelines or others

Requirements: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role. Portfolio of previous design projects demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus. Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
