- Identify potential project opportunities
- Collaborate with principals on business development
- Evaluate Requests for Proposal and other prospects
- Build client relationships with C-level buyers (CTO CIO ) and key influencers to secure business award
- Sales strategies - Develops effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth
- Customer Acumen - Actively understand each accounts technology footprint strategic growth plans technology strategy and competitive landscape
- Develop and manage relationships with our key partners and customers
- Conduct high level negotiations with others to achieve desired results and meet our customer s needs
- Drive new account/customer development to meet weekly monthly and annual sales goals planning and conducting prospecting/introductory calls with sufficient volume to establish full calendar of in-person meetings
Requirements
- Graduate / second-level degree
- Experience working with solutions to the banking insurance and government sectors often through experience in functional domains (e.g. Banking compliance solutions Cyber Security Finance Risk Management etc.)
- Bachelor s degree in business engineering computer science marketing or related discipline
- Strategic Planning Tactical Execution skills
- Engineer or Information technology Bachelor s degree
- Experience in strategic account management is preferred
- Very good communication skills (very good English speaking and writing skills)
Work Experience
- 1 to 3 years of successful software solution sales experience
- Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets quarter on quarter annual basis
- History of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets quarter on quarter annual basis
- 1-2 years of enterprise software sales experience selling into major verticals preferably selling to Banking Insurance Finance and corporates.
