The person in this role will be responsible for professionally answering incoming service calls accurately gathering essential information and promptly dispatching field units in accordance with company protocols. The role is vital to maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Duties include;
Answer incoming calls promptly courteously and professionally
Accurately gather critical information including location nature of request and caller details
Prioritize and dispatch service requests in a timely manner based on urgency and available resources
Monitor the status of dispatched field personnel and update assignments as needed
Maintain clear professional communication with field staff throughout service assignments
Document all call and dispatch activities accurately into the company s dispatch system
Escalate issues or emergency situations to supervisors per established procedures
Participate in regular department meetings and training sessions
Ensure compliance with all company policies industry standards and client requirements
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a dispatching or calltaking environment preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Proficient with computer systems dispatch software and basic office applications
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays as needed
Certification in Emergency Communications (such as APCO or equivalent) is a plus
Education
