Allstar Home Services is a fastgrowing leader in residential and commercial home improvement services. We are expanding in Iowa and looking for a motivated experienced Sales Manager to lead a local retail sales team and build a highperforming traveling storm sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales leader ready to drive growth and coach teams in a highreward environment.

Job Summary
The Sales Manager will oversee and develop both a local retail team and a traveling canvassing team. This role is responsible for driving sales performance coaching reps setting sales goals and improving processes to meet company growth targets. The ideal candidate will live near Story City Iowa or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Build lead and coach two teams: a local retail team and a traveling doortodoor sales team

  • Set and manage sales targets quotas and KPIs

  • Conduct regular team meetings and adjust strategies based on data

  • Collaborate with leadership and internal departments to align efforts

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Create and implement local and regional sales strategies

  • Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities

  • Develop sales scripts pitch decks and training materials

  • Participate in field training and ridealongs with reps

Team Management

  • Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback

  • Foster a positive goaldriven team environment

  • Conduct performance reviews and quarterly business checkins

  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and data entry

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly reports and sales forecasts

  • Track team and individual performance to ensure goals are met

  • Monitor storm activity and market trends to adjust canvassing strategy

Qualifications

  • 5 years of sales management experience (retail and/or doortodoor preferred)

  • Proven ability to build train and lead sales teams

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • CRM and sales software proficiency

  • Experience managing traveling or remote teams is a plus

  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required

Work Location:

  • Onsite near Story City IA

  • Travel required for canvassing team management

Schedule:

  • Fulltime

  • Monday to Friday with flexibility for field coaching
