Purpose of Your Work:
As a Contract Specialist working within our shared services group you will assist the organizations Legal Team with review of various commercial contracts for both customers and vendors. You will analyze and interpret agreements to assess risks and report findings to colleagues.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Contract review for Redwood business units including various commercial agreements such as nondisclosure agreements brokerage agreements codes of conduct marketing documents vendor agreements and other contracts and documents related to the organization as a whole
- Identify potential risks associated with contracts under review
- Assist with the implementation and integration of the organizations new contract lifecycle management software (CLM)
- Focus on the continual improvement in the quality and simplicity of the contract management processes without compromising compliance and quality
- Other legal projects as assigned
Youve Got This
- Bachelors Degree required with a preferred focus on business administration law or finance
- Preferred CPCM or CCCM certifications
- Minimum 2 years of work experience supporting the legal function in a mid to large size organization or law firm
- Preferred 3 to 4 years at a law firm inhouse or business experience
- Preferred experience or interest in data security and data privacy issues
- Preferred experience with using a CLM or implementation and integration of CLM
- Strong organization communication analysis and problemsolving skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing assignments in a dynamic fastpaced environment

Work Schedule:
This position is fulltime and remote Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Salary Range:
$52000 $65000
This position is eligible to earn annual incentives based on individual and company performance.
The estimated pay range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience specific and unique skills level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and the geographical location in which the applicant lives and/or which they will be performing the job.
