About the role:
Clutch is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our People team! You have a knack for sourcing top Engineering Product Design & Data Talent and are looking to kickstart your next role at a growing company!
What youll do:
- Partner with Engineering Data Design & Product leaders to develop and iterate on recruitment strategies that support the growth of their teams
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process while providing worldclass candidate experience
- Own projects to keep building and iterating on our hiring and onboarding process DEI commitments data initiatives and more
- Able to organize and manage talent outreach. Along with ensuring that we are able to continuously target highperforming candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens and communication with prospective candidates
What were looking for:
- Can build meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- 5 years experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles including but not limited to Full Stack Product Managers Design and more
- Experience in a dynamic hypergrowth environment paired with the ability to adapt on the go and address concerns across the business as they come up
- Curious and interested in technology and takes the initiative to discover emerging trends
- Loves data and uses it to gain insight into the effectiveness of the teams strategies and processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment
