Your analytical skills will be key in documenting outstanding requirements and verifying the accuracy of closing documents. Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in mortgage originations with a focus on mortgage operations.
- Exhibit strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service ensuring clear and effective interactions with clients and partners.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to achieve common goals.
- Propose innovative solutions to problems utilizing all available resources to enhance processes.
- Manage and prioritize an individual pipeline to ensure timely and accurate processing and work with vendors to resolve any postsigning issues or concerns.
- Communicate with settlement agents or closing attorneys to verify fund disbursement.
- Retrieve disbursement delay monetary shortages from settlement agents.
- Analyze and document outstanding documentation requirements and verify receipt and accuracy of all closing documents ensuring proper execution.
- Review outstanding closing conditions and required documentation.
- Conduct closing confirmation calls to ensure successful closings and update the system of record.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in mortgage loan processing/closing.
- Proficiency in handling Conventional Refi and Purchase CEMA/Coop NY New Construction TX 50a6 FHA/VA HAP/DPA Coverage Hotline and HELOC.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor degree preferred
