Job Description and Responsibilities
The Benefits Coordinator role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Benefits department with a focus on benefits administration. This position assists in processing employee data coordinating benefits enrollments and changes responding to employee inquiries and ensuring Benefits processes run smoothly and efficiently.
