About the Role:
The CX Benefits Operations Customer Onboarding Leader will help lead and scale our benefits operations teams to deliver a worldclass experience and make health benefits accessible to millions of people. In this role you will lead 35 first line leaders and a total team size of 2040 employees. Youll be directly responsible for the team which leads the onboarding experience of thousands of small and medium businesses members and dependents on the Gusto platform. Benefits and especially health insurance are our top priority and a seamless onboarding experience is paramount to building the trust and customer loyalty we strive for.

The CX Benefits Operations organization is passionate about using innovative technology and service to set customers up for success with health benefits. Our team strives to positively influence businesses and employees throughout the United States. By seamlessly managing health benefits we enable our customers to focus on their businesses while we make key moments of truth (such as onboarding and renewal) effortless.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is $119000/year to $146000/year in Denver & most major metro locations and $141000/year to $172000 for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver San Francisco and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 23 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles Gustos subsidiary whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office a secure reliable and consistent internet connection is required.
